Purchased my first house this year and planning on finishing basement. Was extremely nervous about previous sump pump system installed. Ray met at my house and gave me a fair and honest quote we both agreed on. He showed up a week later and worked hard to install new sump pump system and even filled an old hole with concrete. Ray came to our house to check out our water in the basement issue. We had found water in our basement and it wasn't a lot. We weren't sure if he could help, because we figured it may be coming from our drain pipe. He still investigated the issue, I mean investigated to help us to figure it out. He got down on the floor inspected the the wall, brought in a company water hose put it into the pipe that goes to the drain. Ran the water 5 mins and he started seeing the water to steep in through the cement block wall. He was honest and said that we needed someone that has a camera system to look in the drain. He could have tried to sell us a sump pump, like the previous company did, but he said thats not our issue. We live in a very sandy area and this was our first issue since living in the house 20+ years. I liked how honest he was and he tried his best to figure it out. He and my husband were right, it was the drain pipe. I liked it that he was honest and did not try to talk us into getting a sump pump to fix the issue. Thank you Ray!
